This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of the Third Party Websites and TOT is not responsible for any information disclosed to or collected by those Third Party Websites or for the privacy practices of any operators or sponsors of the Third Party Websites.

Our Web Site does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).  As part of the Terms and Conditions of this Web Site, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age.
